DESCRIPTION
With this transfer paper everybody can enjoy creating their own T-shirt designs. Printing your favourite image and ironing it onto a T-shirt or any cotton textile is a simple job that everybody can do.
The paper is designed for use in inkjet printers. Paper dedicated to make a thermo-printing on white or light cotton textilies. The paper is suitable for printing vector graphics and photos in .bmp, .jpg, .ico, .emf format. The print can be made with regular iron.
PRINTING INSTRUCTION
- Print the selected graphic in mirror image on the coated side of the paper.
NOTICE: Put one piece of paper into printer at the same time!
- Use the "transfer paper mode" and "high resolution" settings in printer. If it is not possible use "normal paper" settings.
NOTICE: Reduce the dosing the ink level to about 10-15%, If appear stains.
- Leave the paper to dry for 5-10 minutes.
- Cut the printed motif with a margin of 1-3 mm.
HEAT TRANSFER:
- Prepare a stable and heat-resistant ironing surface.
- Heat the iron to the maximum temperature for 5-10 minute. The recommended temperature is 210°C.
NOTICE: Do not use a travel iron!
- Instead of an iron, you can use an ironer or heat press. The recommended temperature for an ironer or heat press is 180°C for 10 seconds.
- Iron the cotton textilie in order to completely smooth.
- Place the paper on the textilie with a print side to textile.
- Iron the whole surface of the thermo-print, without skipping the edges.
- Remove hot thermo-paper immediately in order to get matte thermo-printing.
- Remove cold thermo-paper in order to get glossy thermo-printing.
ENHANCE PRINTING:
Printing durability and washability can be enhanced with last heating press job.
- Enhance matte printing:
- wait for the print to cool
- then place on the thermo-printing a normal, white paper
- re-press the print for 5-10 seconds and immediately remove still hot paper
- Enhance glossy printing:
- wait for the print to cool
- then place on the thermo-printing anti-fat paper (for ex. breakfast paper)
- re-press the print for 5-10 seconds and remove it after has cooled down
WASHING:
- Clothing with thermo-printing should be washed before the first clothing.
- Wait a minimum of 24 hours before the first wash.
- Wash on the left side at 40°C temperature with mild detergents.
- Do not bleach!
- Do not dry!
- Iron on the left side.
